Golden-crowned Kinglet
Regulus satrapa 金冠戴菊
The Golden-crowned Kinglet is a very small (4 in) perching bird with an olive‑green body, a yellow‑orange crown patch, and two white wing bars. It inhabits coniferous forests, feeds on insects, spiders, seeds and berries, and is known for rapid wingbeats, flittering flight, and a high‑pitched song.
