Caspian Tern
Hydroprogne caspia 里海海鸥
The Caspian Tern is the world’s largest tern, measuring about 24 inches in length with a thick red bill tipped dark, a white body, pale‑grey upper wings, and a black cap in breeding season. It flies gracefully, soaring and direct, and is known for its harsh, crow‑like “kraaak” call.
